Purpose

We are dedicated to partnering with parents in the discipleship of their children.

Through Word-centered, Gospel-focused lessons, activities, and small groups, children will be encouraged to dive deep into God’s Word and learn biblical truths they can apply to their lives.

We are committed to creating a safe environment for children to know and feel the love of Christ every time they walk through our doors.

FAQs

  • Children 3 years through 5th grade are welcome to participate in all of our activities.

  • WordUp is what we call our Wednesday night Children’s program where we are committed to nurturing kids up in the Word. We want them to open up God’s Word to encounter for themselves the one who made them, loves them, and can restore them.

  • Our Children’s area is located on the South side of the church building. For your child’s protection, all children must be checked in and out by an approved adult on Sundays and Wednesdays. The check-in area is located right inside the Park St. door entrance.

  • All of our Children’s Ministry volunteers are members of FCC who have completed background checks and MinistrySafe training. If you’re interested in serving with this ministry, contact Tara or the church office.

  • Nursery is available on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights for children under the age of 3.
